The World of Imago consists 22 articles.

You have stepped into a world like no other. This is a world where the people that walk it do shape it, from the beginning of time till the end of forever. Here you will find rich stories of the past, present and future which are examples of both the extraordinary and the extreme mundane. Imago is a forum based role-playing community that attempts to bring true story-telling skills to a world that is created by a group of trusted individuals, in the hope that it will be used by the community to create creative, extensive and spellbinding stories in which anything is possible. The community is a gathering of like-minded individuals, that have a wish to take part in a unique and enjoyable role-playing experience. The focus of our role-playing is to tell a truly original story that will immerse the role-players within the world. This main site is where the collection of official/canon material of the world is placed for public viewing. Upon the forums there are many stories being played out by our users using both our material and their own original ideas. We are an attempt to create a special role-playing focus point where the community truly does matter.

Welcome! - December 17th 2010 

Welcome to the brand new website for the World of Imago! The revamp of content has been told fold, this includes both the wiki-based content site and the forums. The following features have been improved or implemented in this transition.
  • Custom skin for wiki software - it is based off the monobook skin used on such sites as Wikipedia.
  • Finalized the custom skin for the forum, no longer will be there be any out of place buttons or wonky skin colours. There is some issues with this however. Due to my inability to be artistic, the stock phpbb3 icons will still be used. If you wish to contribute new icons please use the email address.
  • Added numerous little add-ons throughout the wiki and forum which will make it easier to navigate and view.
    • On Forums there are topic previews - mouse over a topic and a preview of the first post will appear.
    • The wiki has had many additions, please see the extensions page for more information.
  • Added real-time twitter feed to main site, will show announcements for both site and forum.
  • Added many guidelines to content contribution as well as more information on roleplaying.
  • Added mobile skin for i* devices. If browsed from iPad/iTouch/iPhone a special mobile skin will display. Currently very wonky and will be improved on in time, and expanded to other mobile devices.

With these new guidelines, the content of the website has been changed and will be re-added when it meets both the quality and quantity standards now specified. If there are any errors on either the site or the forum, please email your report to support *(AT)* world of imago *(DOT)* com.
